Developer and scope

This policy explains how Dalifin LLC accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Dali Interpreter. For privacy questions or data requests, contact gli@dalifin.com.

Information Dali Interpreter processes

• Account information, such as email address, profile information, and sign-in state.
• Session information, such as join codes, listener names, selected languages, participant roles, and session status.
• Live audio, transcripts, translations, and generated speech needed to provide interpretation and playback.
• App, device, network, diagnostic, and crash information used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.
• Download, entitlement, subscription, and store-transaction evidence needed to manage product access.

How Dali Interpreter uses information

• Provide live listener sessions, transcription, translation, spoken interpretation, and playback.
• Authenticate users, protect accounts, and manage access to sessions and downloads.
• Operate, monitor, secure, debug, and improve the apps and supporting services.
• Respond to support, privacy, billing, and operational requests and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

Live audio and transcript content may be processed by Dalifin systems and third-party hosting, communications, and AI service providers solely to deliver the transcription, translation, and spoken interpretation requested by the user.

Google Play, Apple, or another authorized store processes app purchases. Dalifin may receive transaction-verification data and entitlement status but does not receive payment-card details. Dalifin does not sell personal information.

Retention, deletion, and user controls

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide sessions and account access, maintain security and operational records, resolve support issues, and meet legal obligations. Some diagnostic, security, and transaction records may be retained for a limited period after use of the service ends.

Users can stop participating in a session, manage app permissions in device settings, and contact Dalifin to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, payment, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

Security

Dalifin uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled by Dali Interpreter, including private application storage, secure operating-system storage where appropriate, HTTPS for network requests, and access controls for Dalifin services. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Children

Dali Interpreter is not directed to children under 13, and Dalifin does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this app. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

Changes and contact

Dalifin may update this policy when Dali Interpreter changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. For questions, access requests, or deletion requests, email gli@dalifin.com.
