Dalifin Privacy Policy.

This general policy explains how Dalifin LLC handles information through dalifin.com and shared company services. Each app has a separate policy describing the information needed for its particular features.

Who we are and scope

Dalifin LLC publishes software and operates websites, account portals, download services, payment pages, and product-support services. This policy applies to those general company services. The app-specific policies above apply when you use an individual Dalifin app.

Data minimization and no undisclosed tracking

Dalifin apps do not collect or track a customer's location or other personal or customer data unless the relevant app-specific privacy policy, and any required in-app disclosure, clearly states what data is handled and why. Any such handling must be necessary to provide an app function the user requests.

Dalifin does not use location or other customer data for undisclosed purposes, unrelated behavioral tracking, advertising, or profiling. When limited account, security, transaction, diagnostic, or legal records are required to operate and protect a service, their handling is described in this policy or the applicable app-specific policy and is limited to that stated purpose.

Information handled by general services

  • Information you provide in support, privacy, billing, or other communications.
  • Account and authentication information when you use a Dalifin account service.
  • Download, license, entitlement, and product-access information.
  • Payment metadata for payments or contributions. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Dalifin servers.
  • Technical request, device, browser, network, security, diagnostic, and server-log information needed to deliver and protect the services.

How and why we use information

  • Provide websites, accounts, downloads, payments, product access, and support.
  • Authenticate users, secure the services, prevent fraud or misuse, and troubleshoot failures.
  • Respond to communications and fulfill privacy, billing, and legal requests.
  • Maintain and improve service reliability and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

Dalifin may use hosting, payment, communications, security, and technical-service providers to operate these services. They receive only the information needed for their assigned function. Dalifin does not sell personal information.

Retention, deletion, and choices

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain security and operational records, resolve support or payment issues, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the type and purpose of the record.

You may contact gli@dalifin.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, payment records, or law.

Security, children, and changes

Dalifin uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Dalifin services are not directed to children under 13, and Dalifin does not knowingly collect their personal information.

This policy may be updated as services change. The effective date identifies the current version.
